Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Ingredients :
- 3 chicken legs top and bottom, fillet and remove the skin
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- oil frying
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon fennel
- ¼ tsp club
- ¼ tsp nutmeg flower
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tsp peppers powder
- 50ml yoghurt
- ½ fruit onion Bombay, sliced round
- 1 lemon juice, sliced round
- Spread the filtered chicken with fine spices, yogurt, salt, and lemon juice.
- Poke chicken with a fork, then store in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil and smeared with oil.
- Bake the chicken in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
- During roasting, the chicken is flipped and smeared with oil until cooked.
