Ingredients :
  • 3 chicken legs top and bottom, fillet and remove the skin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • oil frying
Ground spices
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fennel
  • ¼ tsp club
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg flower
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp peppers powder
  • 50ml yoghurt 
Supplementary material :
  • ½ fruit onion Bombay, sliced ​​round
  • 1 lemon juice, sliced ​​round 
Instructions :
  1. Spread the filtered chicken with fine spices, yogurt, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Poke chicken with a fork, then store in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil and smeared with oil.
  4. Bake the chicken in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
  5. During roasting, the chicken is flipped and smeared with oil until cooked.
